I've lived here for almost 6 years. Even through changes in management the staff has always been great towards me. The price is great for the space that you get. It's a quiet area, so it's great for people that are tired of student housing in Huntsville. My roommate passed away, and when I called them to ask about taking her pet rent off from my monthly charges, they straight up took half of my rent off for 2 months.
Since the change of management, they have staffed great workers that come and fix the problems that day. I can't say enough about how great my time here has been.

Just moved in! So far, a very quiet place! That's good for my PTSD! I'm a veteran and I need quiet!! The staff are nice people and in the 21st century, that's a plus! My husband and I  love this place. Brandi in the office is always very helpful and the maintenance guys are absolutely wonderful! It is very quiet, and neighbors are all very friendly and respectful. Great place to live!

I have lived at the Highland Townhomes for going on 4 years now.  I have had  a great experience. Maintenance is friendly and takes care of issues as quickly as they can, and management has always been very helpful.  The atmosphere around the property is very nice.  It is quiet and everyone seems very hospitable.  I can and have recommended the Highland Townhomes to people looking for nice, quiet place to stay.

I liked the community. It is usually quiet, so I could do my homework without distractions. Plus, the 1 bedroom townhomes were made for women...seriously, closet space everywhere. I love it and recommend it for any girl!

We lived at The Highlands Townhomes for five years this is the best place ever. We basically have grown up here we moved in when we got married now we have a child. The management and maintenance staff are great and efficient. Never any problems with other tenants. I just had a second child and so sad that there are no 3 bedroom townhomes there. All in all a great place to live.

I've lived here (the summit) for two years now and I'll either be renewing my lease or moving to their sister facility because I love the management. They're awesome people. They have quick maintenance response too and the area is quiet. Any issue I had was fixed within two days. The buildings are older but well maintained. Definitely the best place in Huntsville especially for the price. I would highly recommend.

Although the apartments are old the prices are very manageable. Have to say the that the staff are wonderful people who will always do their best to help no matter what time it is.
